The moment your I-797 approval notice arrives, let us know. We update our records and pick up any petitioner-side follow-up the case needs from there.

After approval: a $50/month registered agent service keeps Aventus as your agent of record — receiving and forwarding your USCIS mail and notices, and maintaining your petitioner entity. Cancel it when your visa ends. Legal fees and USCIS government filing fees are separate.
